Estates Litigation

Do you need to sue an Estate for a fairer distribution and challenge a Will?

Do you need to Bust-a-Trust?

Do you need certain Certificates such as Certificate of Estate Trustee or Guardianship?

I have vast experience as a panel lawyer on the Consent and Capacity Board representing thousands of patients over the last 25 years. I am particularly versed in End of Life Decisions where issues surrounding a loved’s one right to life or end of life with dignity are paramount.  I advocate for patients who find themselves facing involuntary detention in Health Care Facilities who want to leave hospital and return to the Community.  Some of these patients wish to contest their Psychiatrist’s finding that they are in need of medication which I take care of also.

This area of law requires sensitivity, maturity, an understanding of the law, and a masterclass in communication.

I have had plenty of experience doing Estates Law and Estates Litigation and one of Toronto’s only South Asian Estates Lawyer.
